For the past few weeks my machine has been acting up (BSODs) and after swapping sticks around I think I narrowed it down to a bad stick of memory. However, I don't know what I did to cause this, but when I try to boot up with the good stick my machine won't post/boot at all. I even reset the CMOS but it still won't post.
So far I've tried resetting the CMOS (removing the battery, moving the jumper cap, etc) but it refuses to post. I have an old Antec case that doesn't have a PC speaker so I have no way of hearing any startup or error beeps.
I called Asus tech support and left my number but who knows when they'll call back.
