Hey guys,
So I've finally migrated out of the CRT world to my first LCD. I ordered a 'deal of the day' 2707WFP from Dell and then ended up shipping me a 3008WFP instead (w00t).
Anyway, I have connected my PC to a single-link DVI LCD before with no problems, however when I try to connect this "dual-link" DVI cable up to my system it does not show anything on the display.
I have a crossfire setup using a X1900 CF & X1900XT, am I supposed to just plug the dual-link DVI cable into the x-fire dongle (Y-connector that joins the two cards)? This is what I had tried with no luck; even on a cold boot (switched over to the DVI output of course).
Disconnecting this cable and using the VGA cable worked fine though, so I am not sure what the correct procedure is, sorry for not RTFM'ing - I just want to get this thing going ASAP.
Thanks in advance for your help!!
