HDTV Capture? HD AIWonder?

I've seen nothing but cryptic promises from ATI. Anybody know when, or how much?
Is there an HDTV capture card on the market now?

The only cards able to Capture HD are professional and tend to be tooo expensive for the consumer market. However there are HD tuner cards which can pick up the HD signal OTA or via un-encrypted cable feeds.

The HD tuner scene looks to be pretty flaky right now but I do see alot of people with either a DVICO Fusion QAM version or MYHD cards

Any idea on how the QAM version is working out? I havent really looked into too much because I have satellite and OTA. I do want to pick up a fusion3 or myHD120.
