This is an odd one, and I've been working at it for a week.
Hardware:
Olevia 437V 37" 720P HDTV (display)
HDMI cable going to a Radeon HDMI output converter (basically a DVI-HDMI adapter with a weird pinout needed to get inline audio support).
XFX HD4650 1GB card.
I was running Catalyst 10 drivers now up to the current rev (installed it last night). No change.
adjusted all the settings on my TV, no change.
I tried switching the pixel format, but RGB is the only thing I see in the options. To my understanding, this display will support both pixel formats.
Odd part, using a regular DVI-HDMI cable (does not support audio passthrough though), the image is perfect. My end goal here is to have inline audio, so I'm trying to avoid going back if I don't have to.
Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
