HD 437 or HD 202

Quick question for an audiophile, which is better ? sennheiser 437 or 202. And considering the quality of sound these things put out which type of sound card would not be over powered but at the same time not bottlenecking me ? Thanks a lot in advance!
 
oh and another quick question, does plugging headphones into the speaker headphone jack make the quality drop? I mean, would it be better if i plug straight into the sound card? thanks
