How hard is it to pull some cash out of the ATM every 2 weeks and just use that for your everyday expenses?

ATM's will start recording the serial numbers on the bills as they come out and associate them with your account number. Then at store cash registers will require cashiers to scan the bills and thus record the serial number and associate them with your receipt. Then then the receipt gets sent to your bank so what you buy can be tracked. :D :D :D
