Hardware monitoring software for cpu voltage/temp etc

What software do you guys use to monitor cpu core voltage/temp during burn in testing and oc test?

I used to use HWmonitor 64bit but the application crashes now even before OC, maybe because of Windows 10...
This old software was outstanding bc it would show all data, including gpu temps, all power supply individual voltages. Would be nice to get it back.
I have an old I5 2500K and want to check cpu core voltage/temps under load because it is getting quite old now.

I downloaded the newest version from website for HWmonitor and worked perfect.

I just grab someone's successful overclock on an identical system as mine and make sure my temp sensors are set to cutoff at a safe temp. The burn-in software usually shows temperature.
