Anyone like Hardee's?
EDIT: DO NOT make false complaints, do give compliments as they have been rewarding compliments and positive suggestions with coupons. If you do have a complaint do let them know, as their focus is to improve their restaurants. NOTE: not all get free coupons, most do. END OF EDIT.
Well, I just went to their site and complained about a visit I had. In response, they are sending me coupons for either a free Thickburger or Chicken sandwich.
Found this on Fatwallet.com, did have an issue with burnt bisquits and viola, free food.
So, either complain (be legit) or be nice and say you love the hardee's and see if they send you coupons...

Complaining for no reason = teh ghey.

Don't do it.

So true. Most companies that make consumer products, most notably food and beverage, will give you something if you report a problem. However, if this is abused the cost of products will go up or benefits to employees will be slashed in order to compensate. Thus, be aware you don't have to accept something if its crap, but don't complain unless you have good reason.

That has to be the dumbest thing.

Oh, it is so hard to bite my tougne....oh so hard...

on a good note.. the local hardee's is 24/7..

whoo yay for a 3 am monster roastbeef

I never stated for you to make fake complaints. All I said was this: send them a compliment or a LEGITIMATE complaint. They may send you coupons back. Some have merely stated, "I like your burgers" and got free coupons. So, if Hardee's wants to reward you for a compliment or try to win you back for a complaint, why is that a bad thing? Geez.
Next time why don't you flame/ over react other valid freebies? Here you don't have to lie to get stuff (like when you are getting samples for your "company" or claim to be an IT specialist to get a free hat from dUll...) only say what you think of Hardees.

To quote myself, "So, either complain (be legit) or be nice and say you love the hardee's and see if they send you coupons..."

No Hardee's on Long Island :( but I lived in Virginia long enough to know what I'm missing. They've still got the best breakfast out there.

I said that I liked their Thickburgers, but thought that their milkshakes were too thin. However, I went on to state that the milkshakes are a chainwide issue, not this particular branch (which is true).

Speaking of over reacting...

I hope you didn't feel my post was attacking you in any way, I was just pointing out that this is a "freebie" that's easily abused. And you apparently agree with me and agree with the fact it shouldn't be abused.

Sorry Johnny - just that here is a good thing and some people's knee jerk reaction was to poo-poo it . Having people assume I was asking people to make fake complaints kinda hit a raw nerve. Having worked in fast food, I know too well fake complaints can land people in a lot of trouble.
Tell them you love their stuff ( I do - their chicken sand, thickburger, chicken bisquit, and ham & cheese rawk) and you might get some free food. Not a bad thing all around.
And as for this being abused, well, use it once people, as Hardee's has made the choice to give coupons, most of the time, to those who compliment, as well as those who have a legitimate complaint. Seems Hardee's thinks it a good idea to give free food to get people to try them again and/or keep the customers they have. Gotta love that. Now if we could get some computer hardware place to do same... :)

Got the coupons & took them to the Haywood Lane Hardee's - asked the manager about them. She says the company will generally give the free 1/3lb thickburger, chicken sand, or Famous Star (too bad those are no longer on the menu in Tennessee) coupons or at least $1 off coupons to most people who go by the website. The reasoning, "Hardee's wants the business." I then asked if compliments, instead of complaints would get the coupons. She "didn't see why not." She then gave BACK my coupon, after giving me the FREE 1/3 thickburger. "Because we want your repeat business." Most excellent. Kudo's to Hardee's for giving out free food to get & keep your business.

hardees is the place when everybody drives by in wisconsin goes "oh god, don't eat at hardeeds hahahahaa". that should be reasons enough not to even want a coupon. if they gave me 10 free sandwhiches, i wouldn't even give them to poor homeless people (or wealthy ones?).

i worked at hardees for 2 years when i was a teenager. i've seen managers spit in food, i've seen food served from the floor, i've seen food unrefriderated for hours and served, i've seen the resteraunt not go mopped for 1 month or longer, i've seen the backroom not cleaned for several nights, i've seen them serve ... lol the list goes on and on.

please, for the love of your future children don't eat at hardees. if you don't believe me, ask an x-employee how great sanitary standards they have. oh like the time they failed 3 health inspections in one year (of 3). they failed over 3/4 the test and nothing happend to them lol. oh yeah and once i got 2nd degree burns and they wouldn't let me go home lol.

You guys must have some crappy Hardees stores in your part of the world, Hardees is pretty damn good here  All you can eat biscuits and gravy on Sundays is teh shit :D

this is what i said:
"I had a pleasant dining experience. Thanks. Plus, there weren't too many old
people."

And i got a message back saying some coupons for a free 6 dollar burger and chicken sandwich were on their way. not bad. But hardee's, here, is plagued by old ppl.

yeah do give them a valid addy & email -
otherwise no coupons...
It took about a week & 1/2 for the coupons to show up -
as for too many old people - go thru the drive thru
