Well it's an obvious problem, but the HD i had i think is in FAT32 format and my XP of course is in NTFS, how can I get the hd to be recognized in XP? Thanks.
Xp reads fat32 without a problem, you probably just need to assign it a drive letter under disk management, in computer management, in admin tools, in control panel.
