GTX670 flickering with Need for Speed Most Wanted(2012)

Basically, the Overlay glitches like nuts when starting the game, but once in game it seems to go away. I do get occasional polygon pop. It's my first system in my Sig. I originally thought it was the Graphics Card, but I popped the card in my Secondary machine(also in the sig) and it works fine. I then put a GTX 460 in my Primary machine and getting the same graphical issues. My ram checks out fine, and no other problems with other games. I check Need for Speed Hot Pursuit(the "prequel" to MW) and it runs perfectly.
 
I did the basics....uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers....Did a repair install on the game...checked DXDiag...
 
My Need for speed shift 2 flickers like crazy no matter what I do, but most wanted actually works.
 
sounds almost like a VSync issue [EA's in-house engines occasionally have issues with that sort of crap, especially on large-scale open-world type stuff like BF3 & NFS].

What sort of settings do you have set in-game?
