So I've looked around and havent been able to find anything on the subject. I was jus curious if anyone has found a way to keep the chrome title bar when the window is maximized:

When the window is maximized the space above the tabs goes away which is where I generally click to gain focus. Anyone know if theres a way to have it not go away when maximized?
Edit: I am on a windows machine. I've been told that on linux you can right-click in the open tab area and select "use system title bar and borders". Just pointing this out in case anyone stumbles across this later.
