Only a general question. I'll be adding a few more PC's to the fleet soon, this time more than usual. normally I build them, but time is an issue and may weigh heavily against the costs. What I want to know is what are the better bulk brands (I know they all pretty much s**K) that would keep chipsets, m/b etc fairly standard for as long as possible so imaging isn't such an issue. The other problem i see though is the OS soruce is normally supplied on a restore partition or something like that.
Anyway, what is the best path to go down for bulk buys with imaging and standardising as a major concern.

Thanks.

actually, restore can't come on a partition. All oem levels of microsoft licensing require a cd. So the company has to provide either a window cd or a restore cd (this cd must be provided and is actually considered part of your proof of ownership).

you could always look for a local shop, or hire a temporary assistant to help you with your build.

You'll probably get the best prices from Dell in all honesty though
