Good 2.8 oc?

Do you guys think 3.5 on stock air cooling for a 2.8 is a good OC? I dont have much to compare it to on terms of 2.8's. Its an L32 Malay i think? L32 or 22.. dont remember where the box is. If it is, Im going to try and get Like 3.8 on air using a new heatsink / fan.
