Getting no replies in motherboard section..

maybe you can help here

when I boot my machine i built to be a home server (MSI K8T Neo, s754 3000+, trident PCI video, 1024mb ram, 40gb seagate hdd) it gives me a beep and boots straight into the logo screen (reset CMOS earlier to try to remedy a "Checking NVRam" problem)...

any ideas? i've tried both sticks of ram alone in different slots, and nothing works

That sounds pretty dead, try an RMA.

Have you tried only one stick of RAM? Maybe diff sticks, when you say straight into the logo screen do you mean no POST or way to get into BIOS?
