Gaming: Full screen game and Video on other screen

Well I'm trying to play DotA and CS:S on one LCD monitor 17" Resolution 1280x1024, and I am trying to play a video at the same time on another monitor CRT 19" Resolution 1280x1024

and the video plays while the game is minimized, but when I maximize the game, the video just goes black.

I've tried using WMP and Winamp, and I could have sworn I have done this before, but whenever I am in-game it doesn't work...

I have 8800GT Graphics card too, any ideas?
 
I can't think of anything at this point.

What does your entire build (including both monitors and the OS) look like?
 
Yeah I was going to play WC3 in windowed mode, but when you play WC3 in windowed mode it sucks because the cursor doesn't stay inside the window...

My entire Build is:

Samsung Sync Master 731B
Dell Trinitron Monitor 19" (Don't see a model)
8800GT
Windows XP Pro

I think that is all the relevant information lol.
 
When I asked for you to list your entire build, I meant your entire build.

Now please, tell us all of the parts that are inside your computer tower.

320GB WD HDD
Earthwatts 650W PSU
ECS G31T-M Mobo
 
- Try using the latest drivers
- Have the video playing full screen on the other screen before you start up the game.
