Genuine, non-OEM key provided directly by Microsoft. Key was used once on my wife's old laptop. (It originally come with Windows Vista, which was then upgraded by me to Windows 7 Ultimate, using this key). Laptop is completely out of commission now; so, the key is currently not being used, and it is totally legitimate, non-OEM, non-academic, etc.
The product was originally a Digitalriver download, so I never had any physical media. However, I can write it on a DVD and ship it to you for an additional $10.
You can also download the installation images with the following links, which are totally legal: http://www.w7forums.com/threads/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads.12325/
Normally, the Upgrade license requires that you have a genuine installation of an older Windows OS, but there is a workaround that lets you install and activate it on a fresh drive: http://www.maximumpc.com/article/howtos/how_use_your_windows_7_upgrade_disk_fresh_pc
Price: $80 OBO
Payment: Amazon Payments (preferred), or Paypal
