I've had the 7950 since November of 2012. It has never been overclocked and is in great shape. According to what I've read the 2L version of the card has unlocked voltage, so it should be good for people that want to do some overclocking. I have not noticed an coil whine from the card either, so no worries there. The Dual-X cooler is fairly quiet, to my ears at least. It has been a great card.
