Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H : 130,00$ CAD (including shipping to Canada).
I got this board on 04/03/12 from NCIX. It has worked perfectly ever since. I’m using it with an i7-2600K CPU. The board was updated to the latest BIOS (F8). Everything is included: original box, cables, and all other accessories, and invoice for warranty.

Note: there is a small surface scratch near the socket area (from ‘moving’ the socket lever).
