E8400 has been running at 4.0ghz 24/7 since 2008 without a single issue. You could probably hit 4.5ghz easy with this chip. E0 stepping is getting harder and harder to find

Last but not least, Dell Vostro V13 laptop This is an amazing laptop, basically BRAND NEW (barely 6 months old, has spent nearly 100% of its life in the case and plugged in to the wall). Antiglare display, 0.65" thin, 3.4 pounds, ultra low voltage processor for long battery life, fast enough for everyday use and even some light gaming and HD video. Will play a full 720p movie and the battery is still at 50% afterwards. I really love this computer but I have a desktop so I never use it.
