It is a 60GB Backward Compatible CECHA01 on firmware 4.31. I replaced the HDD with a 320GB 7200 RPM drive. 2 sixaxis controllers, one power a pro elite controller.

Yes. You can't ever use Xbox Live though

Right offline only, and the other thing is brings is that you cannot copy saves off(and maybe to) the system. They will be corrupt.

The 360 is a large, 60GB. Has the power brick. The only mod is the flashed firmware to LT+ v3.
