There aren't many active noise cancelling IEMs out there unless you buy Bose. These are one of the few options and you can only get them in Japan. Very nice IEMs and the NC works well. Uses one AAA battery. Has a 'Monitor' button so you briefly mute the music and NC. These show signs of wear but no damage and they work perfectly. Includes carrying case, two sets of rubber tips (cleaned with alcohol), and an extension cable. I don't travel for work any more so I have no real reason to keep these around.
