After doing a lot research on this forum to build a proper low power (but 1080p capable) HTPC, I ended buying the highly recommended ASUS M3N78-VM HDMI Motherboard and Athlon 64 X2 5050e Brisbane CPU. The HDMI video and sound works perfectly through my Harmon Kardon 254 HDMI receiver outputted to my 58" Panny plasma.
When using Media Player Classic Home Cinema, it can play all my 1080p content smoothly without any lag when following this guide: http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1276654 .
Anyways, the CPU and Mobo are literally in perfect condition. The Mobo comes with EVERYTHING including the I/O plate. The CPU also comes with EVERYTHING including the heatsink and fan (never used).
BTW, my ebay username is my_toy_m3. I have 297 stars at 100%. I will only deal with paypal. Thanks, Darren.
