I have one Asetek Waterchill KT03-L20 Water Cooling Kit that has never been used for sale. It is the 115v version and includes:

WaterChill CPU Cooler block supporting Intel P4 478, AMD Socket A, AMD64 754/940
Black Ice Pro Radiator with push on fittings
120 mm Low Noise Sunon Fan
700 l/hr Hydor L20 Pump with push on fittings
WaterChill Control Unit with SafeStart, NoiseControl and LED connection, with hermaphrodite power connector
WaterChill Plexiglas Reservoir
WaterChill Tube Set (6ft)
All fittings and mounting accessories*, including thermal grease, anti algae fluid, and the instruction manual.

This kit is for cooling the CPU only. Does not include the Asetek Antartica block.

It is the same kit reviewed here: Asetek Waterchill KT03-L20, except it has a different radiator and softer tubing.

It retails for $199. Price reduced to $100 + shipping of your choice (USPS, UPS, or Fedex).
