Bump for this guy.
The price seemed to good to be true but I was able to communicate with him over heatware as well as [H] to confirm it was him. I also checked with the mods and they indicated there was no malicious IP activity with his account. He also indicated he would provide a picture that included the date & his ID after he got off work today.
In the end though I decided against buying because I decided I need to stick with a 65W cpu for now do to cooling limitations I have.
