I have up for sale a lightly used 5400+ Black Edition in the retail box. It was run mostly at stock voltage and speed. Though your results may vary, I was able to get it to 3.6GHz on 1.45V.... but I never tested it for stability, or tried for any higher:

I loved my 5400+ BE

I got it and a 780G board for 75$ back last year and it IMO ran better than my intel E5200

They really are great CPU's.... 65W and pretty good OC headroom too.
 
I remember my 6400+ This was a beast back in its day. Also overclocks better than 6400+
