They seem to be sold out of the one cent cases, but the one's in http://www.power-skin.com/freepowerskin with the code MYFREEPSK still appear to be available, while supplies last.

I had just received powerskins for HTC Amaze 4G and HTC EVO 4G yesterday, so it took about a week to get them. Charged them up and they do help from the bit of testing i had done with them. The do add a bit of bulk with the battery, but it is good for me as it makes the phone really fit in my hand now and it feels less likely to slip out, plus it even seems to have improved reception when it's being handled. Also, sound from the speaker isn't muffled anymore when the phone is laying on its back due to the way the case is designed with the raised opening on the back for the camera and speaker.

A somewhat negative thing about it is that the charger cable for the HTC Amaze case is about 3" long between the connectors, tho it isn't really a problem if you have a usb micro cable for your phone.
