I think that you need to submit the form at the bottom of the page first, then you can download the games. unfortunately whenever i click submit, the operation times out when connecting.

Either it's really not there, or millions of users are hammering the server for the past 3 days constantly in the belief it's GTA SanAndreas for free and not GTA2.
