i got this psu and i juts checked my rails on mbm and the 12 line is at 12.76 and sometimes 12.86

isnt this too high??

just open up the PSu andadjust the pots inside.

think u can link me or gimme some help on this cuz ive never done this before and i dont know which one is the rail for the 12 and i dont have a multimeter. =\

It's a bad idea to go adjusting the pots without a multimeter. For all you know, the motherboard is reading wrong, and your supply is just fine. Software based monitoring programs are notorious for being poorly calibrated, so while they do fine at detecting changes, you can't trust them when it comes to specific voltages.
