I have an iPad 2 64GB for sale here. It's a Verzion 64GB white model
There's only one flaw with it cosmetically - the smart cover left a mark on the lower left edge of the device. Fairly common issue unforunately. I have a close-up of the flaw below (keep in mind that a close-up with an SLR will always accentuate any flaw)
The device is currently on iOS 5.1.
