For sale : Portable Pimeta Headphone Amplifier.
Specs:
Tangent's Pimeta Cicuit board version 1.1A
Analog Devices 8610 (ground) 8620(left/right) opamps (mounted on Browndog adapters and socketed)
Single BUF634p output buffer per channel (socketed)
ALPs 50k ohm volume control with integrated power switch.
High quality 3.5mm stereo minijacks.
Serpac Translucent Grey case.
Gain = 6
The standard Wima reservoir caps were replaced with 4.7uF Black Gates non-polars to give it a little extra umph.
This amp can be powered from either a single 9 volt battery or an external power supply which is not included.
The battery life with my PX200s is 24 hours.
Price = $130 plus shipping.
