First successful telepathy message via internet

Yeah no way this can go to creepy places...

Soon as you have people using devices to transmit thoughts directly from your brain the government snoops will start working on ways to hack in and read your thoughts.
 
This is as close to telepathy as is recording a video of a person saying hello and showing it to another person.

They just skipped the mouth and ear parts. Why they even used the term telepathy is beyond me. They could as well have a said "magic". Sensational bullshit.
 
I've been waiting 30 years to see the concept tested with a direct analogue radio link.
A ton more information can be passed with extremely low latency.

You are limited to what information can be passed in that particular section of the brain or brain stem, so I doubt its going to be easy to read someones mind as such.
