Alphacool does. They make blocks for it and AIOs. They ship internationally so you can get them in the US. Shipping is around $60-70. Expensive but not ridiculous.

I am pretty sure you can modify the reference blocks to fit by cutting a little acetal. The xfx pwb matches reference but is extended at the end for the extra 8 pin. Won’t look quite as clean, but I’ve seen it done on Reddit.
