Extra optical drive

In "MY Computer" XP is detecting a non-existant optical drive. I have a D: cdrw and F: DVDrom, hoever it is showing an E: which should not be there. In control panel it calls it a AXN SCSI drive or something, and by uninstalling it in the Control panel it gets rid of the E: icon in My Computer until I restart again.

How can I permanently get rid of this blasted icon?

Nero and Alcohol 120%.

Either nero or alcohol 120% is creating a virtual drive. Make sure you disable it in the program's options.

It most like Alcohol 120% since the program automatically starts off with one virtual drive.
