Found this deal on a Canadian site, but seems to be available in USA as well.

EVGA USB3 PCIE card, Free after MIR.

USA: Card costs $19.99USD , Rebate of $20.00USD, (total = taxes + shipping)

Canada: Card costs $9.97CAD, Rebate of $20.00CAD ( total = taxes + shipping)
They basically pay you to buy their card in Canada.

Several people say you can buy two per address and get two rebates, however i just ordered one from the Canadian TD site.
I have never had issues getting a EVGA rebate, but as always keep in mind that YMMV in actually getting the rebate.
