Evga 7900 GT And Nibitor Help?

So I pulled my stock bios which was corrupt and artifacting like mad. Downloaded a newer bios file from the Bios Collection and it's working fine now.

Anyway I downloaded this bios which is version 5.71.22.35.10

Just having issues with setting the clock I want, flashing and in windows it appears nothing changed.

I want say 650Mhz core clock but the Delta confuses me, I set 570, evga precision x reports 590 or I set 530 and it reports 570, I set 570 it report 613 or some such.

I'd appreciate the help because I flash every generation except the 7900 since I had a 7300gt agp from 425 to 600mhz on stock volts no issues at all.

I know I should be able to get more out of this card since I'm seeing 39C after 60 minutes in game on the core.
