It looks like I'll be getting an A64 next month, and I'm wondering what the ETA is on the NForce 3 250 chipset is? What features will it have over the 150? I haven't been able to find much info...
Ok, the 250's difference - it will be a two chip chipset unlike the present 150, it will have native sata support. It is unclear whether or not it will have sound (I have read not) It also supports socket 939- The new athlon 64 socket and PCI/AGP replacement...- I believe it comes out in May or so -
If you can wait that long do so as the present 754/940 sockets will be abandoned - prolly within this year.
