e6400 build - need help!

Alright, so I've got my new e6400 build finished, but when I power it up the fans power up briefly, then stop, then power up again for longer this time, then stop. That's it - no post no nothing. I've never run into a problem like this. I'm guessing it might be a problem with my ram since it's rated to run at higher than stock volts. My setup is:

E6400
Gigabyte DS3
Evga 7600GT
2GB OCZ 6400 4-5-4-15
2 Seagate 7200.10 320GB hard drives
Antec P180B
Scythe Ninja Plus
Seasonic S12 380W
Vantec Nexus 5.25" Rheobus


Anyone have any ideas here?


Edit: Tested both sticks of ram one at a time to see if I could post with just 1 dimm installed and still have the same problem.

Tell us about the components. Are they all new? If so, I'd suspect the PS.
Can you test it in another setup?
Did you remember to plug in the ATX +12V 4 pin connector?

Everything is new. The 4 pin ATX is plugged in. I'll try reinserting it.
