I was wondering if there is any application that allowed for you to drag your mouse over to your second display, without it having to minimize the game you are in. It gets really annoying.

Question has been asked a million times, and it's still no. You can run whatever the game is in windowed mode and then it won't happen, but usually it's crippling to your performance.
 
And how exactly would you drag your mouse over if it's... attached to your crosshair? ;)
