Dual Channel troubles keeping me down

Hey, i have a problem, i have a dual channel kit here and it doesnt work.. when its enabled Errors occur according to memtest86+.

On my motherboard (Abit Nf7-s v2.0) i have to place the ram on Dimm slot 2 and 3, OR Dimm slot 1 and 3 to enable Dualchannel. Both cause errors.

So it was neccesary to place my ram on slot 1 and 2 to be able to install windows.
My ram was bought off ebay:

I have flashed my bios to the latest available.. and updated the chipset
