They are very easy to use. First you will need the install software from either Microsoft's site or another site, there is more than one type of ramdisk out htere but they all work pretty much the same. I think I used one called "QDisk" once that was really easy. Usually it will be a zip file with some files in it, you extract those to your hard drive. Then go to your control panel and goto add new hardware. Select 'other' then 'have disk' and goto where you extracted your files. The ramdisk driver file should show up. Install that and you are ready. Just goto the ramdisk in your device manager, right click on it and choose properties to set size and drive letter. Then restart.
That is how the one I used installed. Got it up in like 5 minutes. You use it like a normal hard drive. You can copy files to it just like any other disk.
