Does anyone know how to make windows report how much battery power is left in time?

My laptop reports how much battery is left in terms of %. And frankly 70% of battery power doesn't translate into how long that would last.

My Presario would report the battery in terms of time, like 3 hours left while my ABS zForce F2 reports the battery in %. Anyone got an idea as to how to fix this?
 
XP does that by default.

What OS are you running?

You do realize its nothing more than an educated guess based on current usage? Depending on what I'm doing, it will fluctuate from 3 hours to 1 hour with the same percentage of battery remaining.
