Do you think these monitors will ever come?

I'm getting fed up waiting and want to hear what you think/predict. Perhaps I must give up my hopes and reconsider and settle for something less

Do you think there will still come out:

1) 24" / 1080p / IPS / 144Hz / GSYNC

or

2) 24" / 1080p / TN 8bit / 144-165Hz / GSYNC

I do not want 27"/1440p and the current 3x (AOC, Acer & BenQ) 24" 1080p TN panel GSYNC monitors are low budget ones (Well the BenQ is just overpriced for its features that all doesn't even work if you intend to use GSYNC).

So far nobody has announced any 16:9 1080p 144hz+ high quality panels.

I've been waiting for a 24" 1080p 144hz IPS g-sync monitor for quite some time. I don't want a huge monitor on my desk or a massive resolution to stress my GPU. Smooth gameplay on a comfortable sized screen would be just fine by me.
