Just ordered OCZ PowerStream 520W PSU. This PSU does not have a molex connector for PCI-Express.

Do I need to buy a new PSU when I upgrade to PCI-Express in near future ? :(

The only new connector introduced with PCIe is the videocard connector. There is, however, no reason why you couldn't just plug two standard molex connectors into the card using an adaptor.

So, the only thing you'd have to buy to be fully compatible with PCIe in the future is a $1 adaptor :)

my ocz powerstream 520 has that connector 4 12v and 4 grounds right? im pretty sure im correct its on the same line as the p4 connector

as always provided there is ample power (and in the right proportions of amps to rails) for the config in question but the OCZs are pretty powerful in that respect, but you should still run the numbers when doing any upgrade, even if its just to know what safety margin there is
the power supply is the one component capable of killing everything else
(I have my bother in laws dead box right here, serves him right for not having me build it :p )

the OCZ Powerstreams are rebranded and possibly slightly special ordered
Topower PSU (they have those misleading LEDs for the pots)
Tagan 480s are based on the same model Topower
