Yeah they tried to call me back last night but i missed the call but they called me back. So far the system as NOT crashed. Some of the settings needed to be changed in the new bio we did that and then we un plug the video card cable and re seated it. We both hope that this fixes the problem.

Otherwise it doesen´t listen properly if you want to reign it in with manually set multipliers.
Do a little research to confirm yourself that others have stability issues with it.

Question concerning the 13900k prediction:
So it needs 1.5v for 5800 according to the Bios prediction? Is this normal for a sp 108?
Can somebody please confirm that this is in the usual "ballpark"?

Concerning power usage:
Anything with VID does not help in this instance.

Please show us vcore:

and see if after stress testing the maximum values of the two measurements are somewhat close:

Concerning the use of xtu:
Nobody can say using xtu is as rock solid of a way to change settings than the bios UI is.
So use xtu to find values that work and then ditch it and set them in bios.

And since you seem to use auto values at least research "SVID Behaviour".
You can choose presets that put a little more umpf on all power rails if you choose worst case scenario.
If you don´t like to fiddle much with settings set it to worst and see if that helps IF deactivating adaptive boost does not do the trick.
It would be a test of sorts and not forever.

Last idea:
The paste may have ran away so if nothing helps it is time to show us yours!

I´ll show you mine first:

Kindly demount whilst it is still warm and use a top light for contrast if you make the picture please.

1.5v is "fry your CPU" voltage 😋
Hopefully these Intel CPU's do not explode but in either case it should not be needed for anything than extreme overclocking with better than custom water loop cooling.

Best to first set some reasonable all-core clocks and find lowest stable voltages and then go from there in small steps.
This will also give you the rough idea about power, temps and fan noise. There usually is a point where getting another 100MHz requires so much voltage bump its not worth it and this way you can easily figure where the sweet spot is.

I suggest loading optimal defaults and to start from the beginning e.g. posting the whole vid table please.
