DLC5 for Black Ops III is out now for the PS4

Call of Duty III - DLC5: Zombies Chronicles, came out on May 16 for the PS4. It consists of eight fully-remastered maps from World at War, Black Ops, and Black Ops 2.

The maps are:
Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa, Kino Der Toten, Ascension, Shangri-la, Moon, and Origins

The PC and Xbox versions should be out a month later.
