ParadeTech has announced their converters for DP 1.2/1.3 to HDMI 2.0. Hopefully this means we will soon be able to use 4K @ 60Hz 4:4:4 from a DP output to an HDMI input. Rejoice Samsung 4K owners!

If anyone finds any additional updates regarding actual product development, please post them.

Personally, I cannot wait for the day these converters are released to market. I have a Samsung 40" 4K TV that I'm running on my personal PC over a 980 Ti, but from my work laptop, which only has DP 1.2, I'm having to use 4K @ 30Hz with lower chroma subsampling, which is very unsightly.

From what I take from that, if you want hdcp 2.2 you are still limited to hdmi 1.4. If this actually maters for in the future I don't know.

Hi, Eric!
How much input lag your company adapter adds?
