differnce between saphire9600 pro (256) to a HIS radeon 9600xt?

im basically looking for an improvment on fps for hl2 / bf2

i currently have a sapphire 9600 pro (256mb) aand am intrested in a HIS radeon 9600xt (128mb)

system wise, i have
ecs usa K7S5A+
pc2100 512mb
athlon XP 2000+

Yea either get the 256 bit radeon 9800pro or the geforce 6800.But you might also want to think about getting a better cpu and getting pc3200 ram if you can.
