I have a DI-604 and a DI-614 acting as an Access Point in my home network. I want my laptops to run off of DHCP. So I set a non-default IP on the DI-614 and kept an IP range open for DHCP. The problem is that it looks like DNS doesn't work very well in DHCP mode; half of the site requests in Firefox/IE do not go through and I have to retry site several times to get to them.
Running ipconfig /all shows my DNS as 192.168.0.1...
What's up? Everything else runs fine except DNS services on the laptops I have as DHCP clients.
