Dfi Ultra 400 Infinity Lan/ethernet doesnt work! & other questions

I installed drivers but it wont work. Had to use my own ethernet card. I have an Antec Proview1000, how do I connect the front usb and firewire to the motherboard? The letters are different. For the motherboard they have VCC. Firewire has only 6 plugs from the case when theres 9 places to put in for firwire on the board. Please if you kno, help me.
 
How do I know if Dual DDR is on? When I up the FSB, i put it at 1:1 ratio. My fsb right now is at 11x200, so it shows my memory frequency (forgot exactly what it says) at 200.
 
i believe most boards display "dual channel enabled" at the post.
 
there is an quick post option in the bios. Change it and it will stay up longer.
 
Anyone know how to turn off the LAN in bios? I use my favorite 3com card and dont want the nvidia lan on.
