Dell i7 6700 + 960M + 4K Touchscreen laptop - 799$

Can you upgrade the GPU in those?

After a quick Google search the answer is no. GPU and CPU are soldered to the motherboard. Seems the 960M is the best GPU offered in that laptop so you can't even swap it for a better motherboard combo either.
